Kerala Highway Research Institute in association with Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad is organizing a three day National Conference on Resilient Infrastructure ( NCRI 2020). The conference was scheduled from May 27th to 29th at the Greenfield International Stadium, Karyavattom. However, due to Covid19 pandemic, the conference was has been rescheduled to Dec.16-18, 2020 as an Online Conference. All deadlines are hence revised. Click here to view the revised deadlines.
The NCRI 2020 will focus on the critical requirements of the infrastructure Developments of our State in the present post-flood scenario. Various Keynote addresses, invited speeches and research papers will be presented in the following four tracks.
- Infrastructure Planning: Structural Design, Construction, Bridge Engineering, Concrete.
- Geotechnical Engineering: Ground Improvement, Geo-synthetics, Reinforced Soil Structures, Landslides and slope stability.
- Transportation Systems: Transport Planning, Traffic Management, Road Safety, Geometric design
- Pavement systems: Innovative materials, resilient pavement design, Sustainable construction, Low volume roads.
Research papers are now invited from all over the country and a technical committee headed by IIT Palakkad will scrutinise these papers and select the best papers to be presented at the conference.
A website https://ncri.khri.org was set up for publishing essential information and to aid with the paper submission. The participants can register online and submit their papers and get the paper reviewed. The website is updated by KHRI and the paper registration and review is managed by IIT Palakkad.
